If your phone system isn’t listed, don’t worry. We can discuss the options with your technician.The Phone Module uses the PhoneSuite CTI Client to access your phone system. Depending on the system, you may need an additional license for a PhoneSuite CTI Server, which could incur extra costs.

To test whether the Phone Module will work technically, you can install a trial version of PhoneSuite. We can also activate the Phone Module for testing purposes. Just contact us!

onOffice enterprise is compatible with various communication solution providers. Several components play a role in using the Phone Module, such as your operating system and phone system:

  • onOffice enterprise with the booked Phone Module
  • Operating systems: Windows or alternatively MacOS (only with NFON)
  • Business IP phones from snom, Aastra, Yealink, or Tiptel, or a TAPI-enabled phone system (phone system, device, or softphone)
  • A technician to perform the setup (we do not configure your phone system or TAPI drivers)
  • The devices must be controllable with the PhoneSuite CTI Client Pro.
